How did you get into CrossFit?

  • I was getting bored working out at a Globo gym and running races! Someone suggested trying out Crossfit.. and I signed up for a membership before even trying a workout or seeing the gym!

What motivates your passion for fitness and healthy living?

  • I've had a handful of major surgeries. Staying active helps me manage my chronic pain and be able to keep up with my active 4-year-old!

What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit? Better mobility!

  • Stronger! Overall healthier lifestyle

Why do you coach, and what motivates you to teach?

  • I love helping people reach their highest potential! There's no better feeling than watching a client execute a new skill or hit a PR!! 

What is your favorite food?

  • Pizza

What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?

  • Hiking, biking, kayaking, and camping!
