How did you get into CrossFit?
My traditional fitness routine had gotten stale, so I thought I would try this CrossFit thing out. That was in 2017, and I have never looked back
From where does your passion for fitness and healthy living stem?
Fit people are harder kill ;)
What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?
CrossFit introduced me to the concept that every thing stems from moving well
Why do you coach, and what motivates you to teach?
I love to help people achieve there goals
What is your favorite food?
A good burger. Full Commission on Memorial has a great one
What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?
I really enjoy tennis, and riding my bike
