WOD: “Dale” 14 minute AMRAP 5 Deadlifts (185/135) 5 Ball Slams (20/15) 10 Alternating Forward Ball Overhead Walking Lunges 10 Deadlifts (185/135)

10 Ball Slams (20/15)

20 Same Lunges. ..and so on, add 5 DLs / 5 BSs / 10 lunges each round (next would be 15/15/30)
