STRENGTH: The Jerk: Chapter 13x3 Press in Jerk 3x 2 Push Press + 1 Split Jerk] *Weight for press in jerk should be about 60-70% of 1RM strict press. Second part should be ~75-80% of 1RM Push Press - heavy but manageable.
