A: Accumulate as many calories as possible on the rower

 

B: AMRAP of
10 Box Jumps

10 Power Cleans (135/95)

10 Burpee over Bar



*Both partners may work at a time. When 1 round of B is complete, switch partners. Set rower to calories and accumulate over the whole 20 minutes. 1 round of B = 10+10+10.

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
