Front Squats

Every 3 Minutes for 12 Minutes (5 rounds)

5 Front Squats @ ~70%

*Weight must be the same for all sets

WOD:

“Neverending”

10 Minute AMRAP

15 Wallballs (20/14)

15 Pullups

14 Wallballs

14 Pullups

...and so on, subtracting 1 rep per round.
