Bear Complex

15 Minutes

Build to a heavy Bear Complex

(1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 S20 + 1 Back Squat + 1 S2O)

*Athlete may combine a max of 2 movements into 1 (Squat Clean OR Thruster)

WOD:

“Rise Up!”

12 Minute AMRAP

2 Push Press (115/75)

2 Burpees

4 Push Press

4 Burpees

….adding 2 reps to each movement per round.
