LONG WOD:

"Cherry Picker"

Every 10 Minutes complete one of the following WODs until all are complete

Cherry Picker A:

3 RFT

6 Push Press (115/75)

9 T2B

15 DUs (:30 Attempts)

Cherry Picker B:

2 RFT

10 Squat Cleans (115/75)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Cherry Picker C:

5 Minute AMRAP

15 Calorie Row

15 Pullups

Cherry Picker D:

20 Power Snatches (115/75)

20 Overhead Squats

*WODs may be done in any order! Scale such that you get at least 3-4 minutes rest before the next WOD. 8 minute cap on each.

**ACCESSORY WORK**

1 mile run (not for time)
