STRENGTH/WOD:

“Complex - C&J:4”

3x3 Tall Cleans @ 50-65%

*Movement starts from the hang with hips fully extended. No dip/power position, just shrug and drop. Build to heavy, 3 sets at about that weight

4x2 Hang Power Cleans

*Do not drop bar between reps. Build to heavy, 4 sets at about that weight

3x[3 x Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk]

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
