LONG WOD: “Trend Setters” Every 6 Minutes for 5 Rounds 10 Thrusters (95/65) 200m Run 15 Pullups AMRAP Calorie Row until the 4:00 mark *Score is total Calories, if the work takes longer than 4:00, the score is 0 that round. Scale to take < 3 minutes.
