WOD for May 29, 2017

This Memorial Day, Monday May 29th, we will be hosting the Murph Challenge, which is a campaign that serves to build awareness and raise funds for the L.T. Michael P. Murphy Scholarship Foundation. “Murph”

WOD: (For time)

1 mile Run 100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

(reps may be partitioned in any way the athlete chooses) + 1 mile Run ...In a 20 lb vest or body armor

You may complete this WOD as an individual, partner, or team. (If you have a friend or a family member who would like to participate they are welcome to join in, we will assist them with scaling and basic movement instruction) The times for Heats are: 9a 10a 11a Please arrive 30 mins before your heat to being to warm up.
