20 DUs

4 Box Jumps

4 C2B Pullups

30 DUs

6 Box Jumps

6 C2B Pullups

...add 10 DUs and 2 Box Jumps/C2B Pullups  every round

*If attempts on DUs, add :10 of attempts per round
