Bring A Friend WOD at 10a:

20 Minute AMRAP 800m ...with remaining time, AMRAP: 20 Friend Facing Burpees 20 Air Squats 20 Situps 20 Walking Lunges *Run Together, Split up reps as desired. Burpees: 1 partner lies on ground, other faces perpendicularly, burpee and, and jump over.
