“Hitched”

26 Minute AMRAP

400m Run

30 Partner Deadlift (+90/+70)

20 Tandem Pushups

10 Pullups

*Tandem Pushups, slap hands at the top of each rep (either hand). Partner DLs = 2x45s on the guy’s side, 45+25 on the girl’s side for RX. Partner hangs on pullup bar while other performs reps.

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
