50 KBS (53/35)

50 Pushups

50 Walking Lunges

*Partner WOD, run together and split reps as desired

**Only if we have coach and weather is favorable, need to acquire KBS early morning or the evening before.

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
