3x5 Slow Jumping (PU) Negatives

*May be completed in any order. Negatives are as slow as possible. Hips to rings = MU Progression.

 

WOD:

“The Onion”

10 Minute AMRAP

1 Squat Snatch (135/95)

24’ Handstand Walk (4 gym mats)

2 Squat Snatch (135/95)

24’ Handstand Walk (4 gym mats)

...add 1 Snatch each round

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
