STRENGTH:

Back Squats

Every 2 Minutes x 6

*Must add at least 5# every minute, if you fail, go back to the first weight.

WOD:

“Gun Slinger”

13 Minute AMRAP

8 Front Squats (115/75)

8 T2B

Run 200m

*Run must be completed to count round. Burpees may be done at the end if you don’t think you can make it back.

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
