10 DB OH Walking Lunges (50/35; Left Arm)

60 DUs (1:15 attepmts)

10 DB OH Walking Lunges (50/35; Right Arm)

20 Burpees

 

 

 

*One DB used, alternating walking. Time stop when you get back to your DB.

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
