WOD:

“Double Death” 20 Minute AMRAP Death By Double Unders Death-by starts at 5 reps, add 5 every minute. If you miss a minute, with remaining time AMRAP: 5 Deadlifts 10 Plate OH Walking Lunges (45/35) 10 Burpees *Score is rounds of Death-by + rounds and reps of AMRAP.
