PARTNER WOD:

“Bowl Cut”

25 Minute AMRAP

12 HR Pushups

20 Wallballs (20/14)

12 Burpees

20 WB Overhead Walking Lunges

*While Partner A works through rounds/reps, Partner B runs 400m. Switch when runner gets back. Tag hands then Partner A runs 400m and B works through rounds/reps.Pick up round where your partner left off. Score is total rounds and reps. WB may not rest on your head during lunges.

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
