20 Minutes to Establish a heavy Bear Complex

 

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press

 

*Second Push Press is from the back rack. Max 2 movements may be combined into 1 (i.e. Power Clean + Front Squat = Squat Clean) but you may not “Squat Clean Thruster” the first 3 movements.
