STRENGTH:

Front Squats

Every 3 Minutes for 5 sets:

3 Front Squats

1 @ 65-70%

2 @ 70-75%

1 @ 75-80%

1 @ choice final weight

*if they’re feeling like a champ, they can go higher. If not, they can either stay at the same weight or lower the weight based on how the 4th set felt.

WOD:

"Intermittent Karen"

150 Wallballs (20/14)

*1 minute on/1 minute off

*20 minute cap (10 minute of work, scale accordingly).

Compare to 4/28/16.

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
