“Wario”

For Time

50 Back Squats (115/75)

50 T2B

*EMOM = 3 burpees. WOD starts with 3 burpees. Bar is coming from the ground. 15 minute cap, scale accordingly. Unfinished reps = 1 second added to time (15:00).

**ACCESSORY WORK**

Accumulate 3 Minutes of Plank
