STRENGTH:

Front Squats

Take 20 Minutes to establish a 7 rep max

*Barbell must come from the floor. Squat clean may be the first rep.

WOD:

“Half Cindy”

10 Minute AMRAP

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
