23 Minute AMRAP

 

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats

 

*While 1 partner is working on rounds/reps, the other runs 400m. Switch when runner gets back. Runner then picks up where partner left off.

 

*Murph Prep: wear a vest for Rx. 23 days until Murph! Compare to 5/6/17 (Revenge of the Sixth)
