 Strength:

Take 3 minutes to establish first working weight, then:
- 1 set of 4 every 2 minutes for 6 sets

 WOD:

3 RFT
- 15 Front Squats (115/75)
- 30 DUs (0:45 of attempts)
- 15 Push Press
- 30 DUs (0:45 of attempts)
- Rest 1:00

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
