Strength:

Clean & Jerk

- 5 Sets

3 Position Clean + Split Jerk (High Hang, Low Hang, Floor)

*Rest 90 seconds between sets. Take 2-3 warmup sets, build weight from there. First working weight should be ~80% of your final weight.

WOD:

“Toxic”

- Front Squats (185/135)

- T2B

*Babell to be taken from the floor. 12 Minute Time Cap. Add reps not completed to 12:00 @ 1 second per rep.

**ACCESSORY WORK**

12 TGUs per side, choice weight (KB/DB/Barbell)
