Front Squat

- 5x2 @ 90-100% of 1RM Squat Clean

*Should be ~ 75-80% of 1RM Front Squat if unsure of 1RM clean

**From the Rack WOD:

- 150 Wallballs (20/14)

*Work for 1:00, Rest for 1:00
