The Long WOD:
“It’s Complicated”
24 Minute AMRAP
- 1 Minute Row
- 2 Burpees
- 1 Minute Row
- 4 Burpees
...
*Odd minutes are all rowing, rowing as many meters as possible. Even minutes are a “Death By” rep scheme where you add 2 reps every set of burpees. You continue to add 2 burpees until you fail to complete the prescribed number that minute. After failing, you row your minute then start burpees back over at 2 reps the next minute. Score total meters and total burpees.
Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
