10 C2B Pullups

10 OHS (95/65)

 

3 Minutes to complete:

 

2 Rounds:

12 C2B Pullups

12 OHS (95/65)

 

3 Minutes to complete:

 

2 Rounds:

14 C2B Pullups

14 OHS (95/65)

 

….and so on adding 2 reps to each set until a 3-minute set is missed
