Skill Work

Feet, grip, knee raises, locking in...practice progressions. Athletes with the skill should accumulate 12-14 climbs; minimize pulls.

7 Minute AMRAP

“Man Makers” (50/35)

*Man Maker: Holding 2 DBs planked, Right DB Row, Left DB Row, Pushup, [shoot feet through to get to the bottom of a squat], DB Thruster.

 

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
