*Athletes have 4 minutes to complete the first round. When complete then advance to the second round and receive an additional 4 minutes. If incomplete, the athlete stops in the first round. Continue until the new cap cannot be met until a max of 16 minutes.

Note: The entrance to the gym is located down the sidewalk to the right of the garage.
