​How did you get into CrossFit?

I saw the CrossFit games on youtube after an ad played and thought, “I could do that”
What Motivates your passion for fitness and healthy living?

Socrates quote, “It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”​
What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?

FITNESS!!! I have seen progression in strength and endurance in my workouts. I say even more now, “I could do that”
Why do you coach and what motivates you to teach?

I coach to help all athletes see that beauty and strength that their bodies are capable of. To help them break through their own mental barriers.
