How did you get into Crossfit? I heard about it from a coach at a strength and conditioning gym I was going to. Someone asked the coach how many box jumps we were doing in the workout and he said, "Just 20, nothing crazy like CrossFit." And I was like what's CrossFit?

 From where does your passion for fitness and  healthy living stem? I believe that the gym is the most pure litmus test for how a person does everything in their life and if I can make progress in the gym, that progress sends ripples across my entire modus operandi.

What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit? I am a more capable and better moving athlete than I was in high school. Just a whole lot more careful.

 Why do you coach, what motivates you to teach? I love helping people engrain proper functional movement patterns into their lives and know these patterns will prolong their ability to pursue the enjoyable exploration of this world.

What is your favorite food? Pecan pie

What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit? Play bass guitar, cycle, golf, and chill with my dog Satchel.
