FOUNDATIONS MONTH FOR BEGINNERS​​​

Our Foundations Month is a required program for new and novice CrossFitters as it provides a solid understanding of equipment, class structure, and familiarity with the functional movements utilized in our workouts. In 30-days you will achieve measurable improvements in your level of fitness and body composition through establishing healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Our program includes:​​​​

  • One-on-one coaching on goal-setting and progress tracking

  • Five 75-minute Foundations training sessions (1st session free)

  • Upon completion of the five sessions, unlimited group classes in your first month

  • Our welcome pack with a CrossFit Downtown Atlanta t-Shirt, sticker, and tumbler

  • Cost: $475
