How did you get into CrossFit?

I was teaching a bootcamp class and would research new types of workout routines or movements. I came across a CrossFit Groupon, tried it and have been doing it since.
From where does your passion for fitness and healthy living stem?

I grew up playing sports and learned a lot about nutrition and fitness at a young age.
What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?

Besides getting stronger. I've met some of my best friends (and my husband) since joining this gym.
Why do you coach, and what motivates you to teach?

I enjoy encouraging others and seeing them improve.
What is your favorite food?

Too hard to pick one but cheese makes everything better so I'll go with that.
What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?
