How did you get into CrossFit?

  • I was teaching a bootcamp class and would research new types of workout routines or movements. I came across a CrossFit Groupon, tried it and have been doing it since.

From where does your passion for fitness and  healthy living stem?

  • I grew up playing sports and learned a lot about nutrition and fitness at a young age. 

What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?

  • Besides getting stronger. I've met some of my best friends (and my husband) since joining this gym.

Why do you coach, and what motivates you to teach?

  • I enjoy encouraging others and seeing them improve.

What is your favorite food?

  • Too hard to pick one but cheese makes everything better so I'll go with that.

What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?

  • Adventuring!
