Brian has been coaching at CFDA since 2013. As a lifelong athlete, he has experience in a variety of sports including baseball, football, soccer, and rugby. Brian started doing CrossFit as means to follow his competitive spirit and take his fitness to the next level. Brian earned his Master of Public Health from Georgia State University and is passionate about improving people’s lives through healthy eating and active living. John F. Kennedy said one of Brian’s favorite quotes, “Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity."
