How did you get into CrossFit?

  • My traditional fitness routine had gotten stale, so I thought I would try this CrossFit thing out. That was in 2017, and I have never looked back

From where does your passion for fitness and healthy living stem?

  • Fit people are harder kill ;)

What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?

  • CrossFit introduced me to the concept that everything stems from moving well 

Why do you coach, and what motivates you to teach?

  • I love to help people achieve their goals

What is your favorite food?

  • A good burger. Full Commission on Memorial has a great one

What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?

  • I really enjoy tennis, and riding my bike
