How did you get into Crossfit?

Wanted to get back into shape and found a Groupon

 

What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?

In general I am more aware of what it takes to be healthy and try and maintain a balance, rather than being on and off the wagon

 

What do you love most about CrossFit?

Olympic lifting and the community

 

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone starting CrossFit?

Stick with it and don't be easily discouraged in the beginning

 

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Downtown Atlanta?

The people

 

What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?

Bike, swim, festivals, craft beer tasting, being outside

Wanting to be fit and mobile for the rest of my life

Building relationships with the gym member

Anything with a good beat to keep me moving

 

What is one highlight from your athletic career?

Only had one in high school, swimming league champs my junior year.
 

This is another reason I love CrossFit . It feels like I'm going to practice after work. :)

Where do you spend your time when you aren’t at the gym?

Working, with friends
