How did you get into Crossfit?
I love lifting weights and making friends so when an acquaintance Gave me a free month trial 5 years ago I fell in love.
What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?
I am a hairstylists and on my feet all day and prone to carpal tunnel, crossfit makes my body so strong to stand up against my career elements.
What do you love most about CrossFit?
I love seeing my friends every day and seeing my strong shoulders in tank tops.
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone starting CrossFit?
Crossfit is for everybody no matter who you are. Our bodies are machines and we need to work on them.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Downtown Atanta?
The coaches and the friendly atmosphere is what made me fall in love with CFDA.
What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?
I like to ride bikes , ride horses, walk my dog, and do tons of yoga.

Commit to as many days a week as you can !

Why do you coach, what motivates you to teach?
I love helping people move through their bodies and minds.
What do you think separates a great coach from a good coach, and a good coach from a poor coach?
Radical candor.

Crossfit , dog walk , hair , dog walk , Yoga , Netflix.
What is the most rewarding part of coaching?
The pure joy in the athletes eyes after a class.

Squats because I’m good at them !

Burpees

I was born in an elevator.
